Stephanie Loraine Gloster is a talented information technology professional. She has over 25 years of experience in IT, specifically focusing on data integration and analytics. She is a Manager, Solution Architecture for Deloitte Services, LLP. Her role is Solution Architect/Platform Manager in the Data and Analytics Center of Excellence in Deloitte Applications Studio. She is also a visiting professor at DeVry University.
Stephanie has been recognized for her leadership in the Atlanta community and beyond. She is a graduate of the Leadership Buckhead Class of 2018. She is the past Chair of the United Way Atlanta African American Partnership (AAP) Cabinet. Currently, she serves on the board of directors for the United Way of Greater Atlanta. Stephanie is a 2019 Atlanta Tribune/Atlanta Daily World Woman of Excellence and 2019 BDPA Community Service Pacesetter Award winner. She is also a recipient of a Forever Duke Alumni Award in 2021.
Stephanie is currently the South Regional Vice President for BDPA. In this role, she works with the chapters in the south to help them with their programs and initiatives. In addition to this, Stephanie is a co-chair for BDPACON23. Stephanie is the VP of Programming for the Duke Black Alumni national board and a Co-Chair for the Duke Atlanta Regional Board. She also serves on the Duke University Engineering Alumni Council. Previously, Stephanie was the Director of IT for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Black MBA Association. She served in this role from 2015 – 2016. This was trailblazing because she is the only female to have served in this role. In recent years, she has served as Technology Chair and Historian for the Nu Lambda Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Stephanie also serves with the following organizations: The Junior League of Atlanta, National Society of Black Engineers, Northwest Georgia Chapter of 100 Black Women, Atlanta Area Section of the National Council of Negro Women, and National Black MBA Association.
Stephanie has a MS in Healthcare Management from Mercer University and a BSE in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
