Being Your Authentic Self During Your Leadership Journey

Each of us can be a leader and there are a variety of pathways to leadership opportunities. This can be in the corporate environment, in your community, and other spaces. However, during a leadership journey, individuals may sometimes feel compelled to change who they are and think this change is necessary.
