Don't complain! Use the Complaints to Help you Shine with Grace!

There is no perfect working environment, especially for Women of Color. But, by acknowledging what isn't working and planning to overcome, the workforce observes that strength and follows you. I have overcome challenges in my career of lying, injustices, belittling, judging and surviving cancer.

When challenges want to pull you backwards, with planning and patience, you can move forward. And when you move forward, don't forget to bring others up. Remember, you were made to lead!
